Oklahoma City, Oklahoma—A 19-year-old man is facing first-degree murder charges following the fatal stabbing of his older brother, an incident reportedly sparked by a heated argument over a video game. The event unfolded Sunday evening, drawing police to a residence near Southeast 44th Street and Bryant Avenue around 8:30 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers discovered 25-year-old Nicholas Spencer suffering from severe stab wounds. Emergency medical personnel rushed him to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. Investigators say William Spencer, the younger brother, allegedly confessed to the stabbing after becoming enraged during their gaming session.
“Our officers responded swiftly to a report of a domestic altercation,” said Master Sgt. Rob Robertson of the Oklahoma City Police Department. “The caller admitted to attacking his brother, and we arrived to find a male in critical condition.”
