Grimes County, Texas – Residents in the Carlos area of Grimes County may hear loud explosions on Thursday, April 25. The Grimes County Sheriff’s Office issued a warning on behalf of the Gibbons Creek Environmental Redevelopment Group (GCERG) regarding upcoming test blasts at the Lignite Silos.
