Surveillance footage shows a vehicle pulling up beside another car at a gas pump before the situation quickly escalated. Investigators say one of the suspects exited the vehicle with a firearm and approached the other driver, initiating a tense exchange. Moments later, gunfire erupted between the two sides.
According to court documents, the suspect fired several rounds toward the other vehicle as it attempted to leave the scene.
