Three Dead in Tragic Semi-Truck Crash on State Route 163 in Laughlin, Suspect Identified and Facing Charges

Las Vegas, Nev. – A tragic crash on State Route 163 in Laughlin claimed the lives of three individuals on a Saturday afternoon. Nevada State Police reported that the incident involved a collision between a motorcycle and a semi-truck around 2:30 p.m. near mile marker 11 on State Route 163, resulting in three fatalities.

Two of the victims from the crash were identified on Monday by the Clark County Coroner. Owen Hart, a 22-year-old male from Saint George, Utah, succumbed to multiple blunt-force trauma, while Jeremy Gebo, a 44-year-old male, also suffered the same fate. The coroner was unable to locate Gebo’s address at the time of identification.

Details regarding the third victim remain undisclosed as of now. However, an update revealed that the suspect, Claude Rafiki, was identified and taken into custody. Rafiki is facing charges of DUI resulting in death and reckless driving. He is set to appear in Moapa Valley court on March 26th.
