PERRY, Iowa — A horrific tragedy unfolded at Perry High School in Iowa on the first day after the winter break. A 17-year-old student opened fire before classes started, fatally shooting a sixth-grader and injuring five others. The suspect reportedly died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
