HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Authorities have brought charges against a woman in relation to a fatal shooting that claimed the life of a 21-year-old individual in February. Joikeira K. Keys, 25, faces a murder charge linked to the death of Ashley Holmes.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office disclosed that Holmes was discovered deceased with a gunshot wound at a residence in the 22300 block of Doubletree Park Drive on February 8 by deputies from Harris County Precinct 4.
