Tragic Death of 10-Year-Old Girl Struck by Stray Bullet at Skyway Apartment Complex Causes Outrage

BRYN MAWR-SKYWAY, Wash. – A tragic incident unfolded in Bryn Mawr-Skyway, Washington, when a 10-year-old girl was struck by a stray bullet in Skyway, resulting in her untimely death at Harborview Medical Center after two days of treatment.

The shooting occurred on May 23 at the Creston Point Apartments on Martin Luther King Jr. Way and 68th Avenue around 2 a.m. The King County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed the child’s passing, ruling her death a homicide due to being shot in the head during the incident.
