Despite being rushed to the hospital, he did not survive. His mother, Kryzshon Depp, described the shooting as a tragic accident, though she did not provide further details. “People are not perfect. It was an accident. Kids are nosy. You can’t judge somebody, and you don’t know what’s going on. It was an accident. His daddy loves him. I love him,” she expressed.

She lovingly recalled his fondness for Spiderman and his adventurous spirit. “My baby was a good baby. My baby had a good heart. My baby wanted to do anything and everything. He loved Spiderman.
