NEW YORK, NY – A 16-year-old boy was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals Service on Thursday in connection with a fatal shooting at a New York City subway station earlier this week. The shooting, which occurred during rush hour, left one man dead and five others injured. Authorities believe the incident was the result of a dispute between rival gangs who boarded the same train at different stations.
