LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – Authorities in St. Louis County have issued a warrant for the arrest of Thurman Lowe, who is suspected of shooting and killing Freddie Tribbitt before setting fire to Tribbitt’s home in an attempt to destroy evidence.
