WASHINGTON, D.C. – A 19-year-old man has been identified as the victim of a fatal shooting near the Deanwood Metro station in Northeast D.C. The victim, Tyreek Sheldon Moore, was fatally shot on Monday afternoon in the 4600 block of Minnesota Avenue, Northeast.
