GRAFTON, Va. – According to the York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office, a suspect who was shot by a convenience store clerk during an attempted robbery in York County is now in custody. The suspect, identified as Scott R. Dudley, 39, of Newport News, has been charged with robbery, abduction by force, and possession of stolen property.
