Feces-Covered Louisville Home Found Housing Eight Dogs, Owner Faces Criminal Charges
LOUISVILLE, Kentucky – A Louisville residence was found in a deplorable condition, with a large hole clawed into the wall and feces and dirt covering the window sills and ceiling. The discovery was made by animal control officers, who found eight dogs living in the filth.
