Atlanta, Georgia-The recent salmonella outbreak linked to cantaloupe has officially come to an end, according to the announcement made by the Centers for Disease Control last Friday. The outbreak affected more than 400 people in 44 states, resulting in 158 hospitalizations and six deaths.
