Men Shot and Killed in Separate Shootings on Victor Street and Pennystone Avenue

San Antonio, TX – Two separate shootings occurred in San Antonio, resulting in the deaths of two men. The first shooting took place late Friday night in the 200 block of Victor Street, and the second shooting occurred early Saturday morning in the 700 block of Pennystone Avenue.

In the first incident, a 38-year-old man was sitting in his vehicle in a parking lot when multiple individuals surrounded his car and demanded his keys. The man exited the vehicle and was shot in the head by one of the alleged car thieves. He was transported to the hospital in critical condition and later died from his injuries. The man’s vehicle was taken during the robbery, and police were unable to locate the vehicle or the individuals involved in the robbery.

The second shooting took place near Highland Hills Elementary School, where a 26-year-old man was found dead with apparent gunshot wounds on the front porch of a home. There are no known suspects, and police are still investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting.

Both cases are being investigated by the police. Because the first shooting resulted in the death of the victim, the case is being treated as a capital murder case.

As investigations into both shootings continue, the community is left mourning the loss of two individuals due to these tragic events. The police are urging anyone with information to come forward and assist in the investigation to bring justice to the victims and their families.
