Manhunt Underway for Violent Sexual Assault Suspect in Southern California

Pasadena, California – A violent sexual assault suspect is being sought by police in connection with a harrowing incident involving a woman in Pasadena. Described as a Black male between 30 to 40 years old, approximately 6 feet tall with a heavy build, the suspect was last seen wearing a black face mask, a gray hooded rain jacket, light blue jeans, and black shoes. Armed with a folding knife, he also possesses a distinctive raspy voice and may be transient. Anthony Jones, 29, was apprehended in San Diego regarding the Venice assaults, facing charges of forcible rape and attempted murder.
