Man Charged with Murder in Road Rage Shooting Death of Father of Two in Houston

Houston, TX – A man has been arrested by the Houston Police Department for the shooting and killing of a 27-year-old father of two in a suspected road rage incident. Osman Estanly Solorzano Sanchez, 32, faces murder charges in the death of Ricardo Vega, whose body was found in his car near a stop sign on West Canino Road in north Houston.

Sanchez is also accused of tampering with evidence by altering the appearance of his truck after the shooting to evade capture. Vega’s mother, Victoria Garcia, publicly appealed for the shooter to surrender, expressing her grief and disbelief over her son’s tragic death.
