Gunman shoots victim after complying with DC armed robbery: police ask public for help

WASHINGTON – Police reported that a man was shot by a gunman even after he turned over his belongings during an armed robbery in the District on Saturday night. The incident took place at 9 p.m. in the 900 block of 12th Street.
