Florida Man Arrested for Intentionally Hitting Deer and Filming Act for TikTok

Altamonte Springs, Florida – A Florida man, Clay Kinney, has been arrested for a disturbing act of animal cruelty that he filmed and shared on the popular social media platform, TikTok. Kinney, 27, is facing charges of animal torment and torture, as well as a moving traffic violation, after intentionally hitting a group of deer with his car.
