Brooklyn Woman Raped in Terrifying Home Invasion: Police Seeking Suspects

NEW YORK – A 49-year-old woman in Brooklyn was the victim of a horrifying home invasion over the weekend, during which she was raped by an intruder. The incident occurred near 59th St. and Ninth Ave. in Sunset Park on Saturday evening, police said.

According to authorities, the victim was attacked by two men who forced their way into her home. One of the men proceeded to rape her before both suspects fled the scene. The woman was taken to Maimonides Medical Center and is reported to be in stable condition.

The New York Police Department has released surveillance photos of the two suspects, both described as being in their 30s, and between 5 feet 9 inches and 6 feet tall with slim builds and black hair.
