SAN ANGELO, Texas (AP) – A 23-year-old man was found dead in a downtown San Angelo alley after agreeing to meet the suspect arrested in connection with his death, San Angelo Police confirmed. The victim, who has not been publicly identified, was found with a fatal gunshot wound in the 100 block of South Chadbourne Street early Monday. 33-year-old Ryan Renfroe has been charged with the murder.
