Akron, Ohio – An 18-year-old man from Akron, Darrin Welch, is facing multiple charges in connection with two separate deadly shootings that occurred last year. Court documents reveal that Welch is implicated in the August killing of Antenio Louis, among other charges.

Rocker was later found deceased with a gunshot wound to the chest in a parking lot.
