ELSANOR, Ala. – More than four years have passed since the tragic shooting death of 21-year-old Dominique Marshall at a house party in Elsanor, and her killer remains at large. Known as “Nique,” Marshall was struck by gunfire when at least two groups of partygoers exchanged shots at a home on U.S. 90 in Elsanor on Dec. 15, 2019.
According to investigators, Marshall’s friends attempted to rush her to the hospital while on the phone with 911. However, they were forced to pull over on the Foley Beach Express to wait for an ambulance, and Marshall died at the scene. The Baldwin County Major Crimes Unit, formed in 2012, has labeled her murder as its only unsolved case.
Law enforcement officials are appealing to anyone with information about Dominique Marshall’s murder to come forward and provide assistance. The Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office is urging anyone who may have information to contact them.
