GUWAHATI, INDIA – A violent gang attack in the city of Guwahati has left a young man injured and robbed. The incident occurred in the Basistha locality on Saturday night, where a group of four to five individuals allegedly attacked the victim after a heated argument.
The victim, identified as Pankaj Chakraborty, sustained severe injuries to his forehead, abdomen, and face during the attack. Additionally, he was robbed of all his belongings, including his mobile phone. Two individuals, Arvind Singh and Karan Mahato, have been accused of orchestrating the attack.
Following the incident, Chakraborty filed a police report at the Basistha police station. The city police are currently investigating the matter, and no arrests have been made at this time.
