Columbus, Ohio – A tragic shooting at a vigil in Krumm Park on Monday night has left two men dead, with one of the victims identified as 29-year-old Lonnie Johnston by the Franklin County Coroner’s Office. The second man has yet to be positively identified, according to a spokesperson for the office.

In connection to Cummerlander’s death, Kenneth Hairston, 20, of the Northeast Side, has been charged with involuntary manslaughter and having a weapon under disability. Hairston claimed that the gun accidentally fired from his hands, resulting in Cummerlander’s fatal injury during a gathering where firearms were being handled.
