The female homeowner, who was initially detained by authorities, has been arrested and charged with murder. The Harris County Sheriff’s Office responded to the shooting at a residence in the Marcello Lakes community. The incident took place around 9:30 p.m. at the 24300 block of Tesino River Circle, near Clay and Katy-Hockley Cut-Off Rd.
