FALL CITY, Wash. — In a horrific episode that shook a suburban community near Seattle, a 15-year-old boy stands accused of systematically murdering his family in their home, including both parents and three siblings, using his father’s handgun. Law enforcement officials reported that following the shootings, he chillingly checked to ensure each victim was dead by feeling for a pulse.
The tragedy unfolded in the early hours at a lavish $2 million mansion when the gunfire erupted, startling the only survivor, the perpetrator’s 11-year-old sister. According to authorities, she feigned death to avoid her brother’s rampage and later escaped through a bedroom window to seek help.
Based on the detailed account provided by the young girl, who is now the sole survivor of her immediate family, the teen shooter moved methodically from one victim to another. The girl recounted the horror of waking up to the sound of gunshots and witnessing the deaths unfolding before her eyes.
