Herndon, Virginia – A tragic incident unfolded in Herndon, Virginia, resulting in the death of a teenager after a dispute erupted into a shooting near a hotel in the McNair area. The Fairfax County Police Department responded to the shooting, which occurred on the 13000 block of Coppermine Road close to the Sonesta ES Suites by Dulles International Airport on March 20, 2024.
Law enforcement officials indicated that the altercation, involving three teenagers, escalated to a physical fight before one of the teens allegedly brandished a firearm and discharged multiple rounds at the others.
