WARNER ROBINS, Ga. – A shooting in Warner Robins on Saturday night resulted in the death of a teenager and left another injured, with the suspect being taken into custody by the Warner Robins Police Department.
According to reports, the police department received a call about a disturbance involving teenagers at Hutchinson Mitsubishi Service on Margie Drive around 9 p.m. on Saturday.
When officers arrived at the scene, they heard multiple gunshots and spotted the suspected shooter fleeing the area. After a pursuit, the officers were able to apprehend the suspect and recover a firearm, with the chase eventually coming to an end near the Galleria movie theater.
The victims of the shooting were both teenagers, one 14 years old and the other 15. The 14-year-old was taken to the hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries, while the 15-year-old suffered a grazing gunshot wound to the shoulder.
