A federal court in Florida unsealed a search warrant affidavit for former President Donald Trump’s residence Friday, which was heavily redacted. Nevertheless, both sides of the political aisle reacted strongly to the document, which has become the focus of a major investigation.
After the warrant was executed, the FBI and DHS noticed an increase in “violent threats” against law enforcement, judiciary, and government personnel, including a threat to “place a dirty bomb in front of FBI headquarters,” according to the bulletin. Calls for “civil war” and “armed rebellion” have also increased on social media recently.
