Parolee Convicted of Second-Degree Murder in Fatal 2022 Stabbing on Frost Avenue
ROCHESTER, N.Y. – A 31-year-old parolee, Lequan Hill, was found guilty of second-degree murder in the fatal stabbing of 42-year-old Antoine Parris on Frost Avenue in 2022. The Monroe County District Attorney’s Office reported that the incident occurred when Hill, a convicted felon, was arguing with his father, and Parris intervened to defuse the situation.
