Texas Court Rules in Favor of Exxon Mobil in Lawsuit Over Injured Subcontractor Workers
HOUSTON, Texas – A recent ruling by the Houston-based Fourteenth Court of Appeals has relieved Exxon Mobil Corp. from liability for injuries sustained by almost two dozen subcontractor workers in a fire and explosion at a chemical plant in Texas in 2019.
