Hamilton, Ohio – The victim of a homicide, identified as Fernando Reyna Oviedo, 41, succumbed to a gunshot wound on April 1 in the 1100 block of S. 13th Street, as confirmed by the Butler County Coroner’s Office.
Following Oviedo’s tragic death, the authorities arrested a suspect, 46-year-old Fermin Garcia-Gutierrez, two days later. Jail records indicate that Garcia-Gutierrez faces charges of aggravated murder and other offenses in connection with the case.
