STOCKTON, CA – A routine police check in Stockton spiraled into a deadly confrontation Tuesday evening, resulting in the death of a 19-year-old man. Officers approached the man, seated in a car parked illegally at Doray Court and Pixie Drive, around 6:08 p.m.
