Topeka, KS — A Kansas man has been implicated in a grisly homicide, accused of fatally attacking his former girlfriend with an ax and subsequently leaving her remains in a condition that allowed dogs to consume them. Authorities reported that James Arnold, 44, allegedly ambushed Tamara Tucker, 48, as she was exiting her workplace late Friday evening.
