Rideshare Driver Charged with Attempted Rape

CLIFTON PARK, NY – A rideshare driver was arrested in Saratoga County after allegedly attempting to assault a minor. Authorities have issued a warning to the public to be vigilant when using rideshare services.

Thomas Cipriano, 53, was detained following claims that he tried to engage in sexual acts with a passenger under 15 years old. The incident is said to have taken place in Clifton Park last Friday, with Cipriano allegedly trying to restrain the child.
