Haridwar, Uttarakhand – An encounter unfolded as the Uttarakhand Special Task Force in collaboration with Haridwar Police took down the man responsible for the shooting of the dera kar seva chief at Nanakmatta Sahib Gurdwara in Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand.
