Harshkumar Ramanlal Patel, a resident of Florida, now faces multiple charges related to the deaths of the Patel family, who tragically froze to death while attempting to cross the border between the two countries in January 2022. The family, consisting of 39-year-old Jagdish Patel, his 37-year-old wife Vaishali, their 11-year-old daughter Vihangi, and 3-year-old son Dharmik, succumbed to exposure just meters away from the U.S. border.
