CINCINNATI — A tragic shooting in Mt. Washington left two people dead and two others critically injured on Sunday afternoon, shaking a typically peaceful community. The incident unfolded around 1:30 p.m. on Beacon Street, where chaos erupted as gunfire disrupted a day of relaxation for local families celebrating the Labor Day weekend.

Emergency responders transported the wounded to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Investigators confirmed that one of the injured individuals was also the shooter, who later attempted to take their own life. Authorities have not released the names of those involved.
