Law enforcement responded to a call reporting gunshots at 159 Hawthorne Drive on a Saturday morning. Upon arrival, officers discovered a 30-year-old woman with multiple gunshot wounds and a 31-year-old man with a single gunshot wound. Inside the apartment were two children, aged 9 and 5, who, fortunately, did not show any visible injuries. However, as a precautionary measure, both children were transported to a local hospital for evaluation.
