Tampa, FL — More than a month following the fatal shooting of Jacksonville rapper Charles Jones, known professionally as Julio Foolio, authorities have made several arrests. Jones, 26, was killed early in the morning on June 23 during an altercation in the parking lot of the Holiday Inn Tampa North. The incident, which occurred as Jones was celebrating his birthday, also left four others injured.
