Arrest Made in Double Homicide of Father and Son in North Fort Worth

Fort Worth, Texas – Authorities have made an arrest in connection to the tragic double homicide that claimed the lives of a father and his son in a north Fort Worth home. According to jail records, 42-year-old Antonio Dowlen was taken into custody and is now being held on $850,000 bond at the Tarrant County Jail. Dowlen is facing a charge of capital murder against multiple persons for the deaths of 24-year-old Jaime Francisco Reyna and 46-year-old Jaime Ignacio Reyna.

The victims were discovered with multiple gunshot wounds on the early morning of June 4th when law enforcement responded to a residence in the 3800 block of North Elm Street. Both victims, confirmed to be related as father and son, were residents of the house where the tragic incident took place. While the older victim was pronounced dead at the scene, the younger victim succumbed to his injuries at John Peter Smith Hospital.
