WASHINGTON (AP) — A man was found dead in the 3200 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, Southeast, on Tuesday night following reports of a shooting, according to the Metropolitan Police Department. Police arrived at the scene at 5:15 p.m. and discovered the man unconscious and not breathing.
The Homicide Unit was called to the scene and pronounced the man dead on arrival. The victim was later identified as 48-year-old Rufus Brown, who did not have a fixed address.
